I agree to maintain professionalism, respect confidentiality, and not record or share sessions without consent.
Institutional Collaboration
I may share information on U.S. electives (e.g., VSLO) and support UERM in exploring partnerships.
Participation Terms
Participation is voluntary. Feedback may be used (anonymized) for program evaluation.
Purpose
I voluntarily participate as an alumni mentor providing mentorship, career advising, and optional clinical discussions.
Role
Includes mentorship, USMLE/residency guidance, and career advising. This role is voluntary, non-remunerated, and advisory.
Acknowledgments
- I am not acting as UERM faculty
- I will not grade or formally evaluate students
- Guidance is based on personal experience
